JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Making outbound calls
· Qualify customers according to required criteria/ Lead generation
· Transfer qualified leads to the closers
· Information Collection
· Support achievement of sales and margin goals
· Protect company assets through company policies and procedures

Excellent verbal communication, Conversational and comprehension skills including a clear, confident speaking voice
Call Center Experience and American accent is preferred
Excellent Listening and English Speaking skills
Flexible and creative in dealing with customers
Active and sharp minded
Proficiency to operate computer
Self Motivated and willing to learn and grow
Availability in Night Shift is must (8PM- 5 AM)
