We are looking for Intermediate and Senior IOS Developers to work who can contribute to our existing portfolio of mobile apps and will help maintain these apps to ensure they continue to function flawlessly across new iOS and Android releases. Suitable candidates will be a self-starter with ability to work within and lead highly effective internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Qualificaions:
- Bachelors in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering.
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in applications development for iOS platforms (iPhone, iPads, Apple Watch)
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
- Good problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Database Designing and SQL Programming.
- Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C and Swift
- Must have experience with web services (RESTFUL) and Apple Push Notification services development and integration.
- Development in iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data or any other ORM framework, Core Location, MapKit, JSON, XML, Auto Layouts, Custom Controls, Third-party libraries and APIs), Xcode 6.4 or later, and workflows (both manual memory management and ARC, debugging, profiling, unit testing, continuous integration, provisioning, distributing and submission to the App Store)
- Intimately familiar with iOS coding conventions, best-practices/design patterns and functional limitations
Candidates will also have:
- Expert in client architectures
- Expert understanding of performance issues, and real-world experience designing systems
- Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to understand and acquire new technical skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented
- Proven analytic and problem solving skills
- Well organized, self-motivated, strong team player
- Thorough understanding of PMLC and SDLC processes
- Experience in the security services industry an asset.
