Scope: This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Legal with our manufacturing client, located in Lahore.

Job Duties:

As a Manager Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements, and providing legal advice and support to the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, handle legal documentation, contracts, and agreements, and represent the company in legal matters.

Requirements:

Law degree from an accredited institution
Proven experience in a legal role, preferably as a Manager Legal or in a similar position
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contract law, and labor law
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Familiarity with the furniture industry and related legal considerations is a plus

Job Timings:

Monday to Saturday - 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
