Skills and Knowledge required

· Strong knowledge of software Development standards and techniques.

· Programming client/server and web based applications.

· Experience in as many PHP based CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento etc.

· Expert in HTM*HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, smarty, Web 2.0, Payment gateway integration.

· Should be able to show a portfolio of websites in MVC framework (Code Igniter, Cake PHP).

· Strong knowledge of 3rd party APIs like Google+, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter etc.

· Should have strong knowledge of OOP.

· Should have good understanding of Database management system.

· Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong independent and customer focused.

· Experience with international companies would be an asset.

· Strong commitments to timelines without compromising quality.

· Should have strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

· Ability to work independently based on provided instructions.

· Analyzing requirements.

· Manage full application Development life cycle.

· Assist in determining time and cost estimates for projects.

· Design, Code, Develop and unit test new applications and enhancements in existing applications based on project needs.

· Plan, Coordinate and execute project activities to insure timely completion.

· Follow and maintain design and coding standards.

· Debugging and fixing any issue in the application.

· Ensure project deliverables to meet business requirements.

· Assign tasks to the team and preform code review of the team members.

Education/Experience Requirements

· Minimum Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences.

· Atleast 3-4 years of working experience exclusively in PHP.
