Job Description

Trainee Project Manager will be responsible for managing, implementing and deploying new business processes and acquiring new business through converting inbound leads from different forums like Odesk, Elance and Freelancer.

Job Specifications

· Responsible for writing Proposals based on the nature of Project and placing bids on Freelancer, Guru, and Elance etc.

· Responsible for Pre-sales and Post Sales Account Management activities related to Web/mobile app Design & Development projects.

· Understanding client's requirements, communicating it with the team and quoting a price after consulting with seniors.

· Must be able to win projects through existing contacts in industry or through freelancing sites.

· Identify key Solutions to Customers and target for increased penetration by providing additional solutions to existing customer base.

Skills Required

· Bachelors in Marketing / Computer Sciences.

· Must have excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening)·

· Must be a good team player.

· Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly targets.
