Job Description - Territory Sales Managers (Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujrat, Sialkot and Gujranwala) :

  • Accountable for selling and promoting all Company's products in the respective market segment
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
  • Investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer problems related to product and delivery or service.
  • Prepares periodic sales report (forecast, customer visit report, etc.) showing sales volume including potential sales, monitored against the budget.
  • Develop & roll out the strategic sales & business development plan in the assigned market segment under the guidance of both Regional- and Local Commercial Management.
  • Represent Company in a professional manner that aligns with the company’s stated image, ensuring that all activities comply with both legal and ethical standards.
  • Work closely with the territory sales leads
  • Prepare the strategic plan for the assigned market segment with action plan for Company’s each brand
  • Set the objectives/sales targets for the team in line with strategic plan
  • Submit periodic forecast in line with BU outlook/target numbers
  • Submit periodic R&O report with appropriate measures & actions in order to mitigate risk if any
  • Review the market potential in the assigned market segment and compile action plan together with sales
  • Support the team in the customer visits, calls and meetings as and when required
