  • To support the field officer in Planning, implementation, and quality assurance of emergency program activities.
  • Responsible for the implementation of emergency response and distribution projects in Dera Ghazi Khan.
  • Identification, distribution, implementation, Reporting, and monitoring of emergency project.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Implement emergency program activities by adopting plans and budgets.
  • Provide technical feedback/advice on designs, approaches, and structures to the team as and when required.
  • Attend cluster meetings in the field and participate actively.
  • Develop tools for assessments and conduct regular field visits for Pre/Post surveys, post-distribution monitoring, and implementation of emergency programs.
  • Develop and implement monitoring procedures to ensure quality control related to activities by partners in collaboration with communities and service providers.
  • Ensure proper distribution of food and non-food items.
  • Other.
  • Adhere to SPO policies, promotes participatory culture and demonstrates SPO's values.
  • Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO.
  • Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor.
