Job Summary: The position reports to Manager Clinical Audit based at Head Office and shall be responsible to evaluate the quality of care delivered by providers in the Greenstar Network while ensuring minimum standards of service delivery are met, identify deficiencies (if any) and make improvements in the quality of service and provide support to the Providers to enable them meet minimum standards of service. Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and make provider skills assessments. Provide feedback on gaps and suggest solutions using Quality Assessment Checklist
  • Conduct supervisory visit assessment of the Health Services team
  • Conduct client validation for the FP and MVA services received
  • Develop action plan with collaboration of the Health Services field managers to improve service quality of providers
  • Capacity building of providers to ensure they understand Greenstar’s definition of Quality
  • Standards within each area under the scope of work
  • Implement tools to check whether providers/staff meet Greenstar’s minimum standards of service delivery
  • Submit monthly report on quality assessment of providers and trainer with action plan
  • Submit monthly action plan implementation and improvement on identified gaps
  • The job involves extensive travelling in the region with minimum 10 days outstation
Job Specifications:
  • MBBS with house job in Gyn/Obs with minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Field experience in monitoring quality is preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance issues and the protocols (administrative and medical) required for providers to meet minimum standards
  • Good communication skills and computer competency
  • Job involves extensive travelling
