Retail Banking Officer

The Primary responsibilities of a Retail Banking Officer include Sales and Marketing of bank’s products and services through relationship building and interaction with clients, mobilizing deposits, introducing New to Bank customers and contributing to the growth of Bank’s deposit portfolio. There is a defined career progression plan for Retail Banking Officers.

* Networking with existing & potential clients

Selection Criteria

Applicants, shortlisted according to the mentioned eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in an aptitude test followed by panel interviews. The selected candidates will then go through a structured training program which includes a combination of both Classroom and On-the-Job Training.
