Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business system or process, such asreceiving, invoicing, GNT, customer, sales, gatepasses and GRI. And also timely provision ofdispatch details to concerned sales person.
To arrange and manage all the logistics bycoordinating and contracting with transporters.
Responsible to ensure overall planning of alldispatched and logistics functions with the help ofERP tools.
Responsible For Reporting on stock cycle countactivity for 5 products on weekly base.
Responsible to analyze all expenses with the aimto reduce overall distribution cost.
Responsible for learning and development,employee retention, grievance handling,succession planning, motivation and objectivesetting for sub ordinate to achieve companies aswell as departmental objectives.
