The database manager will work to develop, manage and maintain a range of databases.
Determine and use the best possible method of organising data, recording data and efficiently using it.
The type of database and data will depend on situation in the field but mostly related to schools, students, teachers and IDP communities.
This means as a database manager your work can involve a lot of variety and expect you to work closely with field team and project manager.
Your work will help a number of people within the organisation, as well as assisting in the smooth implementation of the education project as a whole.
To help non-technical people understand how to use your system and ensure it’s used properly.
Writing reports and training manuals, staff training, presentations preparing reports for management.

Human Development Organization Doaba (HDOD) is a registered national NGO registered under social welfare ordinance 1961 bearing registration number 1660. The organization primarily concentrates on the socio-economic uplift of the local communities. The major interventions of th-e organization encompasses various sectors including Advocacy, Research and Development, Gender and Child Protection, Water - Sanitation and Hygiene Education, Education (Basic and Non-formal), Livelihood Development, Health Care, Relief and Rehabilitation, Natural Resource Management and Human and Institutional Development as a carpet theme of the organization.
