The Opportunity:

As HVAC Project Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for leading the Company’s HVAC Product Project Sales business, including Sales, marketing, growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

BE mechanical degree is preferred or MBA from recognized University.
Demonstrated success leading & growing a Project Sales Business and operation of HVAC/

MEP/ Fire Fighting.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in HVAC heating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R), Fire Fighting products. MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Experience is preferred.

Strong contacts with Developers/Consultants/Architect/Contractors of HVAC/MEP.
Assessing progress of staff, and assisting in their professional growth
Reviewing staff performance for mid-year / annual appraisals
Holding daily-, weekly-, monthly meetings with staff
Reporting minutes of meetings to head office
Attend weekly / monthly / annual managerial meeting at head office Skills
