Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department.
Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Shares change in payroll with Finance on monthly basis
Manages the data entry for EOBI in coordination with Finance
Enters training records into a database and maintains it
Schedules interviews for the hiring manager and Human Resources. Schedules additional interviews as needed
Makes sure that the work space, computer and other equipment, mailbox, and appropriate installed software are ready for the new employee's start day
Assists with temporary staffing needs by contacting and working with the Temporary Staffing Agency.
Consolidates and emails out weekly management reports to managers.
Ensuring the CoC compliance and handling minor grievances in coordination with CoC Committie/ HR Manager
Conducting initial employee orientation on policies etc
