Web Designer/Front-end Developer - Part Time

IHS is looking for freelance/part-time web and mobile UI/UX designer and developer to support the work of the product development team. Our Java programmers develop open source software geared towards collecting, organizing, and analyzing health information and other data in a resource efficient and widely applicable manner primarily using mobile devices. The candidate must be self-motivated and creative and must have
usability experience in developing desktop as well as mobile application, must be fully accustomed and aware of the common industry norms and guidelines in developing applications for mobile as well as web.

Here's a loose description of the sort of person we are looking for:

Exceptional problem solving skills.
Interpret client's business needs and develop a concept to suit their purpose.
Excellent Web and Mobile (preferably Android) based UI Designing Skills
Creativity and User Experience is critical
Knowledge of best practices regarding W3C standards, SEO, and accessibility
Good written and oral communication skills.
Should be able to multi-task.
Should have a can-do attitude.
Should be fluent in English and Urdu. Other languages are a plus
