Contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare solutions by ensuring accurate and timely medical coding. As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in our medical records team, directly impacting patient care and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze data needs for reimbursement.
Analyze medical records thoroughly to identify documentation deficiencies
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert to other coding staff.
Review and verify that documentation supports diagnoses, procedures, and treatment results.
Ensure compliance with established coding guidelines, third-party reimbursement policies, and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support Technologies\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' commitment to high-quality healthcare solutions.
Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

Qualifications:

AAPC Certification is a plus point.
Bachelor’s/Master\\\\\\\'s degree in the Medical field preferably Pharm-D, MBBS, DPT, BEMS, BDS or equivalent
Fresh and experienced, both types of candidates are required.
