Key Responsibilities:

• Managing irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.

• Overseeing the harvesting process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

• Coordinating baling and stacking of stock, maintaining organization and accessibility.

• Supervising all production-related activities and staff to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.

• 2 years of proven experience in farm management and crop production.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

• Knowledge of modern agricultural practices and sustainability.
