Responsibilities

Initiating outbound communication via phone calls, emails, or direct messages to introduce products or services and gauge interest.
Make a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate; maintain your enthusiasm and energy level throughout;
Generate sales opportunities and close sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
Managing the sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating lead information, progress through the sales funnel, and next steps required for each prospect.
Building rapport and trust with prospects by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized solutions.
Document each call as per company and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

3-4 years of relevant or related work experience, preferably with a background in call center sales with a high customer service and sales focus
Ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals
Strong understanding of the products or services being offered, including their features, benefits, and value propositions
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet targets consistent
