Using internationally certified solar panels, inverters and balance of system, the Company fulfils energy needs of its clients at a cost significantly below retail electricity rates.

The Company’s leadership team has previously worked in New York, Geneva, London and Dubai and attended world-leading universities like the University of Chicago, London Business School, Texas Tech University and the University of Cambridge.

Position Objective:

To establish IntelliEnergie as the leading solar energy solutions provider in the commercial / industrial sector in Pakistan.

Critical Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and execution of solar power projects, purchase agreements, site leases, and system sales with high value customers

· Develop and maintain relationships - both at a conceptual level with CEOs, CFOs, etc. as well as at a hands-on level with utility / facility / property managers

· Implement and execute an efficient deal execution process while managing multiple live deals simultaneously, while developing and accessing others

· Work closely with customer to understand and manage all substantive project issues around engineering, tax, legal, financial aspects of the deal

· Lead the Operations team on all structural and technical solar project aspect

· Interface with the Finance team to develop and structure customer-specific finance solutions, where needed

· Manage the P&L while ensuring high business growth

Required Experience & Skills:

· Minimum of 8 years experience in the energy sector or successful sales experience and track record in the solar / power project space

· Proven ability to cultivate relationships and execute deals with senior management

· Self-motivated, self-starter who can work independently when necessary

· Ability to motivate, manage and lead a team

· Outstanding organizational and people skills

· Understanding of engineering, preferably, renewable energy systems

· Builds trust by demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity
