Handle design used to promote company, or its product and services.

Create and design websites, design company logo, build graphics, create banners and posters for company publicity

Has to continuously research market trends and update themselves with the changing taste of the consumer

Keep a record of the designs and graphics of the market competitor (for inspiration).

Overall responsibility for understanding a customer's brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.

Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.

Other Requirements:

Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks.

knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some Javascript

Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
