Job Description:

Job Functions:

Work with sales team and clients to document website requirements
Create sitemap
Develop project schedule
Coordinate creation of creative deliverables
Coordinate meetings with clients
Provide meeting notes on client meetings
Maintain schedule for all phases
Attains approvals for all phases
Coordinate the creation of all final page layouts
Coordinate the creation of all production documents
Attain all the required content
Coordinate development of web projects with clients and internal resources
Test website in different phases
Manage Launch of website

Essential Requirements:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client
Plan, deliver and manage complex website projects
Lead website development projects
Provide leadership, guidance and management to multiple project teams throughout the launch of the website
Ensure that web projects and services are delivered to the client on time
Coordinate with the team working on a project which may include designers and developers
Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations
Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress report
Setting quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and developing websites
Help Sales department with Pre-sales analysis and documentation
