Iris & Morpheus Pvt Ltd is seeking a Social Media Account Executive who is an experienced sales executive with a successful track record of meeting companies’ objectives. The account executive is primarily responsible for providing innovative, results-oriented, cost-effective service to a diverse client base by managing the available resources and effectively delegating work to staff and independent contractors.

Be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
Manages, tracks and supervises client accounts and client projects
Be proactive with clients to address any issues of dissatisfaction
Manages and reviews key client deliverables (i.e. messaging, branding, executive coaching, communications/marketing plans, strategy documents)
Prepare and schedule social media content across all the social platforms
Manage online community and prepare reports – daily, weekly and monthly
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Manage the account's budget and invoicing the client
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
