Videographer

Video Production: Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to shooting, editing, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality and impactful video content.

Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and scripts for video projects, aligning with the organization\\\\\\\'s objectives and target audience.

Camera Operation: Utilize advanced camera equipment and techniques to capture stunning visuals, including interviews, events, field activities, and other relevant content.

Lighting and Sound: Expertly set up lighting equipment and audio recording devices to achieve optimal visual and audio quality in different shooting environments.

Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage, applying creative editing techniques, color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects to produce polished, engaging videos.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of videographers, ensuring their professional growth, and coordinating their activities for efficient project execution.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communication, marketing, and program departments, to understand their video needs and develop strategies for content delivery.

Equipment and Asset Management: Maintain and update video equipment inventory, ensuring proper functioning and organization of cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and software tools.

Storytelling and Scriptwriting: Craft compelling narratives and scripts that effectively convey the mission, impact, and human stories associated with our organization\\\\\\\'s initiatives.

Travel and Field Work: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, often to remote locations, to capture impactful footage and document field activities.

 PERSON SPECIFICATION           

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its PSEAH (preventing sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. IR has a zero-tolerance policy towards PSEAH and doesn’t support any action that promotes or encourages PSEAH.

 Qualification:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Media/Communication or relevant field

Experience:

1. Minimum 3 Years of experience (with 16 years’ education) or/and 5 Years of experience (with 14 years’ education) in producing top notch video and photo content.

2. Experience working for Non-profits.

 Language:

 Urdu, English and local languages
