For our Islamabad office, we’re looking for:
Graduates or Postgraduates with 1-2 years of provable experience of providing technical support.
The hired candidates will be providing active support to all customers related to company products & services which ultimately help to engage & retain the existing customers.
They will be serving clients by providing product & service information; resolving product & service problems.
They will also be expected to:
- Provide exemplary customer service employing strong technical, interpersonal & communication skills
- Handle tasks that will include installing & configuring computer systems, diagnosing software faults & solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face
- Attract potential customers by answering product & service questions; suggesting information about other products & services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem; ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information & analysing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting & analysing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Forward the related queries to the application development team
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email & site visits providing information & closing queries
- Possess strong documentation skills & be able to effectively present information
- Develop reports on regular basis related to customer support
In addition, the ideal candidate would be computer savvy with the ability to learn new skills & to acquire knowledge of computer applications.
The job requires the candidate to possess excellent time management & coordination skills, be self-motivated & require minimal supervision.
The selected candidates will be on-call 24/7.
