Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor visits to potential clients and generate leads for marble products.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide accurate information about products and pricing to clients.
- Keep updated records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Must possess a valid bike license and own transportation.
- Bike is essential for outdoor visits.
