Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English language

Excellent contract drafting skills

Excellent experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in high value transactions

Opinion writing on complex legal issues

Mergers & Acquisitions

Drafting and reviewing client company policies

Detailed knowledge of company law and other corporate laws in Pakistan

Ability and willingness to learn the UAE laws

Company formation

Writing articles on legal issues

Marketing and brining in new clients
