Manager Benefits Administration

Reporting to Director HR, the incumbent will be responsible to manage Employee Benefits including medical benefits, Insurance Coverage, Loan Facilities, Training Sponsorships, Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund and Statutary benefits required to be provided by the institution and maintain readily accessible records for the same.

The incumbent should be well-versed with policies and procedures for employee benefits and should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office.
