Main Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits;

Managing and assisting in the payroll activities
Conducting salary surveys
Updating University salary structure and salary bands for Staff
Performing Job Analysis

Performance Management;

Conducting Performance Appraisal Training Sessions
Initiating/ Closing Performance Appraisal Process
Reporting results of process for decision making

Enhancing the level of benefits offered at LUMS
On-Campus Faculty Accommodation:

a) Allocating accommodation as per requirement and availability

b) Coordinating with Department Heads and Coordinators for faculty details and employment

c) Communicating any change in rents and other charges

Daycare Centre – ensuring the efficient operations of the facility and staff
Overlooking the loan disbursement program
Obtain and communicate discounts for LUMS employees
Drafting HR related policies and procedures
Participating in other HR related duties
