Machine Zone, incorporated in 2007 started its operation to manufacture precision components for the auto motive sector. These components are being manufactured on state of art 7 axis CNC machines with live tooling option. These machines have capacity for 480mm maximum swing, maximum turning diameter up to 290mm and length upto 330mm with accuracy between 4 and 5 microns. Machine Zone is also involved in producing sheet metal parts from Aluminum and MS sheets of various thicknesses and is in possession of power presses of various ranges and other related equipment such as argon & CO2 welding plants, spot welding equipment etc. A highly professional and skilled team is responsible for complete operation. With a vision of work for OEM and belief in timely delivery and zero defect policy, Machine Zone intends to make high quality parts. The organization intends to go for ISO certification by the end of year.
