Job Type : Three Years Renewable Contract

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare annual and quarterly work plan of the Unit in addition to long term strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with the work plan and required coordination with other units of Organization.
  • Provide input to unit head in developing the evaluation, research and development system of the organization in accordance with the principles set and suggests improvements whenever necessary.
  • Provide guidelines for evaluation, research and development to partner organizations, and, wherever required and feasible, providing advice to them for meeting these guidelines
  • Appraise prospective partner organizations with respect to reporting and management information system.
  • Establish and maintaining a management information system for the inputs and outputs generated in the process.
  • Report to donor agencies in consultation with the unit head whenever required.
  • Deal with consultants and manage their assignments in consultation with unit head.
  • Ensure consistency with operational policies and procedures
Qualification
  • Minimum Master’s Degree/ 16 years of education in social sciences or related disciplines from HEC recognized / reputed foreign university.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in field of Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Exposure of development sector would be an added advantage.
Required Competencies
  • Result-oriented team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Demonstrating sensitivity for cultural and gender differences
  • Sound judgment, flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel to the project areas regularly
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Possess strong computer literacy / presentation / report writing / data management and communication skills.
  • Must be a good Team player
