Qualification and experience:
- B.E Textile from any reputable university
- 4 to 5 years relevant experience
Skills and Competency:- Well-versed with all operations from cutting till packing
- Immense knowledge of nature and construction of fabric (specially Knitted)
- Understanding different kinds of stitching machines and their operations
- Good knowledge of quality issues and problems
- Able to set, follow-up and achieve the production targets and KPIs of the department
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
- Must have good stress & time management Skill
- Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and give direction sub-ordinates & peers.
- Must be results-oriented and a self-starter
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
