01) Plan and lead methods with the fire & safety executive for fire prevention.
02) Inspect the factory for all possible fire hazards with the fire & safety executive.
03) Review and approve the safety training plan and make any changes if required.
04) Ensure cost efficiency in fire safety initiatives and procurement.
Security
05) Maintain Safe and secure work environment by ensuring and monitoring all the security measures.
06) Prepare a security deployment plan and monitor it regularly.
07) Carry out patrolling approach for execution of security plans.
08) Take necessary action if someone is caught guilty or committing crime.
09) To supervise the effective control and maintenance of halls keys and equipment
House Keeping
10) Schedule housekeeping and cleanliness activities and monitor their implementation.
11) Ensure cost efficiency in execution and procurement of housekeeping activities and supplies.
Scrap Sale
12) Ensure the Scrap Sale out within specific time range of signed contract.
13) Properly Maintain the Scrap Yard & Material.
14) To make the new contract after closing the Previous.
Duties Applicable in General:
Maintain good working relationship with the staff members.
Perform other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor / management.
