We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern with a Computer Science background to join our team on a remote basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for university students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development while leveraging their technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends. Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for business development strategies.

Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, online platforms, and networking events to identify and qualify leads. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.

Prospecting and Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings or demos.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners through effective communication and follow-up. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to support business initiatives and ensure alignment of efforts.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients during the sales process, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and addressing technical inquiries.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare regular reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a Computer Science background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is desirable but not required.

Salary Package:

The salary package for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 Monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
