Prepare and develop quarterly inventory planning as per given forecast.
Overall production planning of all products including contract manufacturing on monthly and weekly basis.
Ensuring effective communication and updating of production plan with all concerns department and persons.
Ensuring the smooth production process will be run.
Ensuring the timely deliveries of all customer’s orders including contract manufacturing.
Examine the existing procedure and opportunities for effective and streamlining the production needs and minimize the cost of production.
Monitor inventory level
Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution to ensure targets achieved according to the deadlines set.
Examine the movement, storage and processing of inventories.
