JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish a yearly audit calendar and ensure timely completion of the task.
Arrange the stock room of all shops in proper order for audit convenience.
Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory shop wise.
Review inventory counts and balance accuracy.
Planning and execution of Stock QC Audit.
To perform special audits, announced and unannounced.
To review cash control, safety, security and inventory procedures.
To Ensure Loss Prevention in analysis and data collection processes involving internal and external investigations.
To reduce inventory shrinkage and cash losses in assigned audit division.
Report and correct identified violations.
Reporting to Operation Manager on daily basis.

SKILLS:

Detail oriented indivisual.
Good at MS OFFICE (Excel, Word).
Discipline & active.
Good Communication Skills.

Note: Should have own conveyance.
