Preparation and posting of all types of vouchers
Account reconciliations
Finalization of accounts
Maintenance of chart of accounts
Verification of vendors/suppliers bills
Monthly Payroll preparation
Preparation and filing of periodic income tax withholding statements
Preparation and filing of sales tax returns
To conduct Physical verification of cash in hand, stock and other assets at retail stores and warehouse
Monitoring inventory movement at ware house
Ensuring timely documentation of all inventory movements
Ensuring compliance of inventory policies and procedures
Reporting audit findings to management
Other accounts related tasks as assigned by Dept Head

Confident & Detail-oriented

Familiar with Accounting systems and controls
Familiar with computerized inventory systems
Good command on MS Excel
