1. Collecting & compiling all stores feedbacks about promotions, daily transactions, and customer profiles

2. Following up with agencies on artworks/content plan

3. Coordinating for product related customer queries on facebook, instagram etc

4. Coordinating with vendors/ agencies/ promotional partners

5. Assisting in content writing for promotions, social media updates, print media, messages, email shots

6. Assisting in conducting SWOT analysis of new collections, stores

7. Assisting in making digital media spent reports

8. Assisting in sales trainings/briefings

9. Making digital media and web traffic reports & analysis

10. Making product categories analysis reports

11. Collecting customer feedback

12. Assisting in executions of marketing promotions including advertising, events, social media, distribution, sponsorship & research

13. Assisting in development of marketing material including cutouts, standees, printing of leaflets, flex etc.

14. Helping with photo shoots and post edit follow ups

15. Brainstorming ideas for campaigns, themes & creative visual display

16. Invoice follow ups and maintaining records

17. Assisting in yearly planning, budget making, product analysis, competitor analysis.

Skills Required:

Effective Communication Skills (Essential for content/report writing)

Well aware of digital marketing tactics

Photoshop/ Illustrator knowledge would be an advantage

Good aesthetic sense

Self-Motivated & Fast Learner
