You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing process for our clients. Your primary duties will include managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with various departments including finance, sales, and client services to streamline billing procedures and improve overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing process from generation to collection.
- Address client inquiries and escalations.
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage recoveries from clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certificationof ACCA , ACA , CA is a plus & preferable.
- Experience in billing operations management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
