Analysis of Business Banking (Asset/Liability/Banca) Branch wise and Area wise (Target vs. Achievement) weekly basis Quarterly MFBs analysis and share with all Business Staff. Monthly RO Wise, Branch Wise and Area Wise Disbursement & productivity report Monthly, Quarterly RO Productivity Report Conduct Market scan/Competitor analysis for Asset and Liability products. Coordinate and liaison with branches & Head Office (Branchless/Finance/Credit Control Unit/Compliance) for report compilation. Preparation of Quarterly Mobile banking plan and archiving the record Preparation of Market Assessment Report and archiving the record Stationary requirements of branches and ensure that ample quantity is available at Business Units. - Holds a Bachelor Degree from a reputable Institution. Have a minimum 1-5 years of experience in banking industry, preferably Microfinance Sector.
