Review and draft contracts, agreements and legal memos and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Liaise with external counsel for efficient and effective conduct of litigation matters in local courts.
Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters including but not limited to healthcare reforms, securities filings and breach of contract disputes.
Should be a team player and be able to work/communicate with different departments on a daily basis.
Assist General Counsel in pre- litigation phase of proceedings through research of US Federal and State laws and drafting complaints.

- Must be a law school graduate
- Excellent command over written and spoken English – must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and clients.
- Strong research and analytical skills essential.
- Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
