Nextbridge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Analyst to work closely with the clients and technical teams, understands business processes, and role of IT in a successful business.

Performs feasibility analysis, project scope, prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on software features. The BA understands SDLC and is analytical with problem solving and conflict resolution skills; to assist in identifying, communicating and resolving issues

Job Description:

Client Communication
Collect, understand and document business processes and requirements.
Requirement specifications for development team.
Mock-ups, Wire-frames using Balsamiq and other related tools
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Project control & coordination activities.
Collaboration with developers to ensure smooth and quality development.
Research in relevant business domain
Product assessment/analysis.
Comparison of a product with other similar products to suggest improvements.
Keep all the relevant stakeholders updated through defined reporting channel.

Required Skills:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Business or IT from reputable institute.
2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst come Project Coordinator.
Experience in Balsamiq is a must.
Should be able to translate business requirements into conceptual model and create mockups and wireframes to prepare prototype.
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
Customer interfacing experience – project oversight, presentation and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Understanding of Agile Methodologies/Scrum.
Should be able to test and verify finished product (UAT)
