Responsibilities:
• Promote our products to healthcare professionals in Lahore City, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community through regular visits and interactions.
• Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to educate healthcare professionals about our products' benefits and features.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions to management.
• Have an understanding of market trends and strategies to attract doctors to our products.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Lahore City and its surrounding areas is preferred.
