All coordination for VPs incoming and outgoing mail.
All coordination for VPs on local and International level.
Maintaining VPs personal and official files.
Monthly reporting files.
Making monthly Progress Report which includes activities of Accounting, Budgeting& Treasury.
VPs travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
Provide assistance with his official and personal tasks while out of country.
Prepare daily schedule for VPs, attend phone calls and take messages.
Take dictation and draft letters/documents independently.
Check mails and do correspondence on his behalf.
Setup conference calls.
Organize business meetings and ensure availability of the required infrastructure like laptops, projectors, chairs etc.
Generate brief daily reports.
Coordinate on his behalf with different organizations and Companies.
Coordinate/followup on the requirements with the concerned Departmental/Units Heads.
Coordinate with the management of Ovex and Ovex International.
Make payments and bills and keep a record of all expenses.
Answer all queries that reporting officer may have at any time

Note: This is a permanently Night Shift based position; timings are 8pm-5am
