Pasari Org is an indenting & trading firm where we provide consultancy & equipment sourcing (Machines) for producing shoes /bags / belts / wallets & Leather. With regards to selling machines for leather Tanneries, we are in this business since 1992, however with regards to selling machines for making shoes & other leather goods we are serving our clients since April 2009.
In total we have around 70 people including admin, sales, commercial, technical and fabrication staff for sales & services. We have offices in three different cities, Lahore, Kasur, & Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Check WhatsApp groups with customers and record complaints in Excel sheet
- Planning of technical team visits to customers' factories
- Ensure technical team shares completed jobs videos in the respective WhatsApp group
- Get job done report from customers in WhatsApp group and send bills to customers where necessary
- Move close inquiries to respective spreadsheets
- Efficient follow-up machine delivery orders with the warehouse in charge
- Keep a record of all data in an Excel Sheet on a daily basis
Skills Required
- Should have necessary experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel & Paint)
- People management skills
- Experience in handling technical teams (Mechanics, Electrician etc) is a plus
- How to record the jobs assigned to you
- How to Prioritize Your Jobs
- How to keep track of the jobs you are handling
- How to update your own TO DO LIST
