 Successfully planning and preparing maintenance shutdowns on CAT equipment while ensuring availability of spare parts. Providing support to the maintenance team in achieving standards of maintenance.
 Effectively rendering tasks related to proper preventive and breakdown maintenance and make plans for planned activities. Reporting machinery downtime, and arrange internal and external resources required to complete the activity and minimize the downtime. Regularly reporting the status of maintenance activities.
 Lead, Organize and manage the work of maintenance team and ensure CAT maintenance techniques are applied during the completion of maintenance activity. Check the fulfillment of work orders and ensure the utilization of all resources. Monitor the performance of maintenance team and analyze the quality of work.
• Performing the root cause analysis and resolve problem within planned time, ensure that the safety protocols are being followed and promote the commitment to company’s EHS policies in subordinates
 Administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service records and service intervals in a timely manner.
 Coordinate with project team during project implementation and ensure equipment meeting customer standards.
