To Assist production team to choose green chemicals as per approved recipes in different wet processes i.e dyeing, stenter, overdye & finishing process..
To check the fabric quality before & after wet process and modify the chemicals & application.
To set objectives/goals/plans and to take decisions regarding QMS, EMS, OSHAS, WRAP, GOTS, SA 8000, SEDEX, C&A, BSCI, NEXT etc. 
Working on Higg Index Facility Environmental Module FEM 3.0 To promote, manage & monitor Social Compliance, EHS and sustainability activities across the company and to ensure compliance of National & International Regulations, Global EHS Compliance & Sustainability Standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA 8000, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, RCS, STW, GTW etc.)
Leading as a technical representative of the company for the program of installing MBR wastewater treatment and recycling technology
Responsible for Chemical management System and fulfill the buyers requirements
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive action plans for Environmental & Sustainability Audits.

Responsible to lead 1st 2nd 3rd Party Audits/Visits and ensuring the compliance requirements.
Responsible for development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)
To look after all buyers online & sustainability portals e.g. HIGG INDEX, ZDHC, IPE DETOX etc to feed the data and verified from external auditors.
To work on sustainability projects throughout the industry e.g. recycle water, less consumption of chemicals in processes & energy conservation by solar System, recovery of caustic soda from mercerizing plant etc.
Responsible to carry out Environmental Impact aspect assessment and Health and safety Risk assessment for all units.
To set Environmental Goals & Objectives to fulfilling the requirement of wide customers.
Delivering training on Different Subjects i.e. Chemical Handling, PPEs used, HSE awareness, Energy Conservation, Water Conservation etc.
Conduct monthly environmental testing through third party for SEPA requirement of EMP.
To monitor ETP operation and responsible to provide technical support regarding any sort of handling online portal to submit data on higg index module.
Working on 11 priority Chemical groups described by ZDHC.
To maintain Test Reports of different chemicals, MSDS, TDS, Label and Declaration for Chemical Management System ZDHC from chemical suppliers.
