 Manage Supply Base
 Purchase Supply of products/materials.

 Control and Maintain all documents And records
 Assess sub-contractors claims and payment certification
 Preparation of variation order claims
 Preparation of simple schedule of work program
 Liaise with client for bill collection and payment
 To maximize profitability and ensure that payment for all works executed is received on time
 Coordinate with contractors on the contract requirements prior to commencement of work.
 Prepare IPC and all related documents

 Quality control tests for concrete.
 Conducting Field Density tests and Quality tests of Soil.
 Control the Crusher plants and Batching plants.
 Assist in preparing monthly report for the consultant record submitting the Daily requests and summary to the consultant office.

 Quality control tests for concrete, soil aggregate and asphalt activities.
 Performing the proctor test regularly to meet the consultant and site requirements, C.b.r  loss angles abrasion test, Gradation, Extraction and sand equivalent tests for the design mixes of concrete and Asphalt. Conducting Field Density tests and Quality tests of Soil.
 Selection and Control for the Quarry of Borrow Pits. Control the Crusher plants and Batching plants. 
 Bitumen Quality test Penetration, Ductility, Softening Point & all test, Marshal Method, Daily testing of Asphalts laying tasks.
 Assist in preparing monthly report for the consultant record submitting the Daily requests and summary to the consultant office.

Inspection of drinking and collection of soil sample , soil classification, identification of the soile sample properties etc
