Responsibilities
• Managing over all warehouse supply chain operations, Receiving, Unpacking, Packing, Stacking, & Dispatching of material in collaboration with different vendors, In-House production, Imported Parts
• Auto Parts & Packaging material Inventory management, fleet planning, material management, maintaining lead time, & loop holes management,
• Planning of dedicated fleet, & TCS fleet for dispatches to control the Cost.
• Making of effective Stacking Plan for timely picking of stock and to load the vehicles & dispatch within given time line.
• Coordinating with production planning & control, to ensure the timely delivery of material
for production
• Managing quality related issues & to take counter measures to smoothen the operations.
• Managing receiving of auto parts from different vendor. Also managing reverse logistics from the vendor end.
• Managing quality related issues from market customer’s end & managing warranty & claim matters.
• Logistics process improvement according to situations.
• Audit management, Aging, Cycle count for inventory management on weekly & monthly basis

Provide superior customer services through efficient processing of orders, timely deliveries against their orders & support them to resolve their issues and problems.
 Execute the Distribution Strategies to support and command over Field Sales in selling Volume delivering cost efficiencies through streamlined logistics process and own Delivery to Trade.
 Responsible for Inventory Control, Cycle Counting & Inventory Analysis & Accuracy & record keeping of physical & system Stocks.(IRA, SRA).
 Responsible to manage total function of Branch Management including Administration, Finance & Trade Matters.
 Logistics & Transport Management for trade supplies and all ship to locations & Sub-distributors.
 Managing receiving of goods, processing documentation, storing deliveries at warehouse.
 Responsible for KPI\'s maintenance and reporting.

 Fi Billing invoices Imprest Cash management in SAP.
 Vendors invoices, Verifications, Payments, and posting in SAP system.
 Reconciliation, Payment verifications, made by customers through bank MIS reports.
 G/L entries posting in FBCJ SAP system. Reconciling daily Bank MIS reports with SAP system.
 Settlement of customer accounts. Maintaining cash and voucher preparation
 Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly reports as required. Interoffice reconciliation.
 Looking after banking matter regarding cash & cheque depositing.

Supervising inbound and outbound activities of warehouse (Inbound, Put away and dispatch).
 Invoice generation & billing documents.
 Inventory management and updating all reports related inventory in system (Cycle counting, Batch Counting, Aging etc.)
 Generation of short expiry reports to ensure FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, FMFO wise dispatches & gear up the sales of slow moving Items.
 Focus on blocked products in case of damage or quality related.
 Tractability of wronged dispatch. And taking measures on such issues

Providing modernize warehousing services to Unilever Pakistan Limited.
 Overseeing and managing the Inbound Outbound Activities to meet operational requirements and time lines to maintain the level of KPI’s.
Managing the finished goods inventories by using the tools of ERP WMS (Warehouse Management System) interlinked with S.A.P. (System, Applications, and Products).
Managing deliveries of International Modern Trade (IMT) customers (Metro, Hyper star).
Supervising Daily/Weekly/Monthly stock counts.
Managing consumer promotional activities to gain the sale targets.
