Piping Fabrication (CS, SS & Alloy Steel) in fabrication shop
Spools Fabrication for Storage tank, Vessels, Re-boilers, Pumps, Heat Exchanger & Equipment related to Piping for all HGCE & OAG areas
Marking of Isometric spool drawing according to DWR joint wise
Coordinating with QA/QC welding department regarding NDT & PWHT
Issuing the isometric spool drawings to fabrication shop for fabrication
Updating consumed material in excel sheet issued by fabrication shop store
Preparing stage wise fabrication progress (Status) report
Coordinating with the warehouse material controller regarding the availability of material
Preparing RFF, RFP, and RFG & FWR for as per requirement for piping fabrication
Keeping the all record update & providing data to piping section in charge
Studying revised Isometric, Spool, P&ID and GA Drawings
