- Sending out recurring Invoices to the Clients in US as per scheduled timeline through Harvest & Intacct and charging some of them on Stripe.
- Paying out the Bills for which the Ijaz Group is charged for is payed out through Bill.com and synced in Intacct platform.
- Preparation of Quarterly Cash budget inclusive of Revenue Streams and all types of expenses i.e. Fixed, Incremental Fixed, Variable or Miscellaneous. Variance calculation as per the actual realisation of it and analysing the loop holes and recommending optimal ways to minimise the expenses incurred.
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll. Taking in the effect of various allowances, taxes, provident fund, etc.
- Making local payments through FINJA to various Vendors including the reimbursement claims to the employees i.e. IBFT, Bill Payments/Tax Payments, Vendor Payments, etc.
-Maintaining the evidences of Invoices, Vendor payments, tax payments, etc.
- Maintaining the communication and relation with local banks.
- Focusing on MEC (Month End Closing) i.e. Bank Reconciliations (US and PAK), Posting JEs in Intacct (US & PAK), running US based IRA Contribution, Depreciation entry, Reconciliation of Sales Declaration with Sales Tax Refundable GL, etc.
- In-liaison with the firm’s Tax Consultant on various matters i.e. verifying monthly Sales Tax Returns from PRA, providing the monthly invoices to the consultant, WTH on each local invoices through FBR portal as per the relevant section.

- Understanding & Implementation of various modules of SAP B1 i.e. Sales, Purchases, Financials, Services, MRP, Production, etc.
- Understanding the requirement of clients and communicating the training sessions with the officials of client site.
- Communication with fellow consultants through Outlook, Any Desk, Teams, SAP, etc.

• Before the conduct of each Audit, the section’s processes and activities, plans and targets are discussed to be implemented.
• Evaluate each Section’s Internal Controls, along with outlining the Population & Sampling required as per the tailored Audit Programs, in accordance with Audit Methodology.
• Critically controlling activities/processes are looked over so that significant business risk potential can be minimised
• Maintaining the Working Papers for accuracy and completion & documentations of discussions with the Auditee.
• Assisting in the preparations of routine Auditee correspondence, along with the comments of Internal Audit Department.
• The Observations are raised against each Auditable Unit and relevant Accounting and Auditing Standards are used as a solid reference i.e. IFRS, IAS, PPRA, ISA
• Keeping up with the Audit Staff for the progress of Audit Engagement, assisting in clearing the points and resolving the auditing & accounting queries.
• The Financial Risks (Under or Over Payment) are identified and discussed with the Regional Audit Officer
• Helping the team with the usage of ERP Oracle, this helped in driving the key ledgers from it through which the comparative analysis became useful.
• New and Innovative ways of work is disclosed with the staff and RAO so that the work could be more productive and efficient i.e. Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, V Lookup).
• Constructing the Manuals and SOPs from scratch in order to quantify the processes and ensure the Compliance.
• Audited one of the major projects that took place at AIIAP was the construction of Car Parking Area (PKR 5.9 Billion) and the Access Road Network (PKR 1.7 Billion). Withdrew some observations regarding the Unapproved Workforce working in the project and overstatement of contract price leading to heavy losses to the Civil Aviation Authority.
