With a background in Environmental Science and expertise in Integrated Water Resources Management, I have skills for interdisciplinary studies integrating water with environment, climate change, water management, GIS and remote sensing technology, modeling of atmospheric processes and water modeling. As a researcher, I am well-equied with skills such as research, data management, decision making, conflict resolution, team work, writing, editing, blogging, and reviewing.
I am working on a project titled \"Scaling up Nature-based Solutions for Improving Integrated Water Resources Management and Enhanced Water Security in Pakistan\". It is a five years project implementing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-baltistan to increase the resilience of the local community to climate change. My responsibilities are to raise awareness among the local community about smart water management practices, prepare progress reports, maintain a risk register, data collection and analysis, preparing implementation strategies for interventions, and identifying activities for promoting climate-smart village in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Working as a volunteer in this organization.
In the project “Conservational and Socio-economic Benefits of Trophy Hunting in Pakistan”, my responsibilities were to conduct a field survey in all the provinces of the country to identify the conservancies and their mechanism, meet with government officials (MoCC, Wildlife Departments in each province) to collect data related to the total quotas, total hunts and total revenue generated in each province, analyze the collected data and write a report on it.

For that purpose, I conducted stakeholder and local community consultation, risk analysis, providing mitigation measures for the identified risks, mapping of the project sites in ArcGIS (LULC, Hazard, Topography) and analyzing datasets in MS Excel.
Moreover, as an Environmental Officer, I also developed solid waste management reports, wastewater management reports, environmental management plans, financial proposals, and project proposals.
Responsibilities include using Fortran to process the output of the Weather and Forecasting (WRF) Model and data analysis of the output in MATLAB at U Water Center, University of Utah.
